The Plymouth Arts Club is the oldest arts club in Plymouth and probably the UK, having had its first meeting in 1865.
The club is essentially for people at all levels of proficiency, that like to paint/draw without instruction (unless the session is a demo/workshop), but enjoy working to improve their art.
Painting in any media is encouraged.
Plymouth Arts Club meets on Wednesday evenings at
The Church of the Ascension’s church hall, Crownhill, Plymouth.
The club holds at least one exhibition each year and welcomes new members who have acquired the basic skills and wish to develop them further. If you wish to become a member, please contact us.
