Club Programme

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS

7-9PM

The club’s programme is not restricted to term times, so there are no breaks at half term etc, and the structure of the programme will be in a 6 week format.

 

Please note: only bona fide members and guests permitted to Life Drawing sessions, and no cameras or other digital recording equipment permitted in the studio.

*Only fully paid-up members can attend Life drawing sessions.

5th Mar - STILL LIFE

'The Allotment"

An array of seasonal vegetables in a relaxed composition of freshly gathered produce.

 

12th Mar - Life Drawing* – Tiffany

 

19th Mar - Workshop/Demo

SKIES: Using acrylics, oils or gouache, a sharing of love for a subject often overlooked as a primary theme.

Subject Painting with black :A study of Nicolas Lopez

Exploring the use of black to create texture and tones in watercolour.

Bring your watercolours. You will need a granulation black colour like Mars black or lunar black, or bring your granulation medium. No black? ...high tinting colour such as paynes grey, indigo or prussian blue will do. You will also need lots of water (spray bottle) and big brushes. Paper should be at least A4 and thick.
