The club’s programme is not restricted to term times, so there are no breaks at half term etc, and the structure of the programme will be in a 6 week format.
Please note: only bona fide members and guests permitted to Life Drawing sessions, and no cameras or other digital recording equipment permitted in the studio.

Painting in the style of Gustav Klimt. Images of the artists work will be provided for you to blend your style with his, using your choice of medium (including coloured marker pens) – bright colours are a must!
28th Aug - Life Drawing- Capucine
4th Sept - Workshop/Demo
Member led: Mark
LINE WORK: a 3 stage approach to observational drawing (using a still life and live model as references): Locking down, Looking in, Layering over. The session will focus on achieving a level of accuracy in depicting the subject matter, using simple line and stroke work… no colour or shading.
Bring your own pencils/charcoal/inks/pastels and paper/card. Some photographic images and sketches will be supplied as back up reference
11th Sept - 'The Boil Painters' present an arts club late summer soirée - MEMBERS & INVITEES ONLY
Put aside your paint brushes and join us for a celebration of our arts club with an evening of great food, drinks and company. Includes the PAC History Part 2 by Bob! Bring along a partner or friend if you'd like to. We are asking for a donation of only £5 per head.
